What we collect
- Website claim form: who you rent from, the disrepair issues you have, whether and when you reported them to your landlord, whether anyone’s health has been affected, and your name, phone number, postcode and email address.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: your name, phone number, email address and postcode, and your answers about your home (for example, who your landlord is, whether you have told them about the problem, and the main issue). Facebook may pre-fill some contact details from your profile; you can change them before you submit.
- Calls and emails: what you tell us and the details we need to reply. Phone and email enquiries may be recorded for service purposes.
- Health information: if you tell us someone’s health has been affected, this is special category information. We use it only to assess and pursue a possible claim.
